Uncle Diec is one of the first affiliated farmers of The Married Beans. His garden is located in Cau Dat area, which is 1580m above sea level and has an average temperature of 22 - 26 degrees Celsius. The garden has about 3000 yellow coffee trees, producing 3 to 5 tons of coffee per year. This is the source of raw materials to create one of two high-end product lines that are popular with many customers at The Married Beans: Yellow Cherry.

Yellow Cherry is known to have high acidity and good sweetness, with fruity and floral aromas. When ripe, the coffee fruit is bright yellow, and the skin can be used to make cascara tea (coffee tea). From the early days, The Married Beans discovered that Uncle Diec's garden had all the necessary conditions to grow yellow coffee. So the team convinced Uncle Diec to take care of and develop the garden. Currently, the planting area has doubled, and Uncle Diec has been able to earn a higher income than before to take care of and be the pillar of the family.

Now, after many years of cooperation, Mr. Diec has gradually understood the value of Arabica varieties and feels the need to protect them. During the harvest season, from November to March, the bright yellow color of ripe coffee berries covers the entire area.
